TESTIMONY
“My entire experience with The Station has been nothing short of amazing. I was given some incredible tools that I use on a daily basis to help me respond more appropriately to the stressors of life. I also made some great friendships and connections with the other ladies, all while reconnecting with myself. I cannot thank all of you enough for this opportunity.”

TESTIMONY
“I have been to meetups of retired service members, and they are good. However, a room full of SOF Service Members ready to physically shape wood and use hand tools to turn raw materials into a useful object…. well that is just a different environment altogether. The amount of stress relief and proper conversation that happened in that environment versus meeting at the grill are not at all comparable. I am very thankful for these meetups and activities that keep us together. They build resilience and remind us of what we are and where we came from. It keeps us grounded and the new mission in focus.”
