Testimonies
“In a season of tremendous need, no one else was reaching out to our community offering the hope of restoration. It was only The Station. Thank you for coming back for us… As we move forward with fresh hope, I am forever grateful to The Station for being a pivotal stop on my heart’s journey home.” — SOF Spouse, Spouse Performance Program
“Men coming together and socializing is great and all, but men coming together to accomplish a task with their hands will result in a much better social environment. I have been to meetups of retired Navy SEALs. They are good. But a room full of SEALs ready to physically shape wood and use hand tools to turn raw materials into a useful object…. That is just a different environment altogether. The amount of stress relief and proper conversation that happened in that environment versus meeting at the grill… not at all comparable. I am very thankful for these meetups and activities that keep us together. They build resilience. They remind us of what we are and where we came from. It keeps us grounded and the new mission in focus.”— SOF Service Member, Interwoven Outreach Project

Newsworthy Moments

Earlier this year, we were honored to receive the Defender Service Award, which has helped us expand our reach and strengthen the support we provide to our community.
This year we were especially proud to celebrate our military spouses through two extraordinary spotlights. One of our own amazing teammates was featured on the Today Show for the incredible community give-back work she is leading. Her commitment to lifting others reflects the very best of who we strive to be, and we are honored to cheer her on as her impact reaches even farther.
In addition, three military spouse alumni were featured in People magazine in a Military Spouse Appreciation Day article that highlighted the often unseen sacrifices made in support of their service members.

Thank you for your continued support in making this possible. Your generosity provides powerful experiences that help Special Operations Forces – Warriors, Spouses, Children, and Gold Star Children – heal from the impacts of combat.
If you are a federal employee looking for a meaningful way to support the Special Operations Community, The Station Foundation is proud to be part of the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Visit the Combined Federal Campaign page and search The Station Foundation or enter CFC #45013.
