Bozeman, MT – 12 January 2026: The Station Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) and their families, announced today that they will be receiving a significant donation from GORUCK as part of the company’s “1% For Those Who Serve” initiative. This relationship enhances The Station Foundation’s ability to deliver crucial programs to the Special Operations community.
GORUCK’s generous contribution will directly support The Station Foundation’s work addressing the unique challenges faced by Special Operations personnel and their families. This funding helps advance our mission to provide genuine healing through initiatives such as transition assistance for those moving to civilian life, family support services, and experiential programs that provide healing and strengthen community among SOF families.
“We are profoundly grateful for GORUCK’s generous support and unwavering commitment to the Special Operations Community,” said Kevin Stacy, Executive Director of The Station Foundation. “This contribution will have both an immediate and lasting impact on our ability to deliver world-class experiences that meet the enduring, and often unseen, needs of our warriors and their families. The shared values between our organizations make this partnership not only powerful, but deeply meaningful to all of us at The Station.”
GORUCK’s “1% For Those Who Serve” commitment represents the company’s pledge to donate 1% of its annual revenue to organizations supporting military personnel, veterans, and first responders. Founded by former Green Beret Jason McCarthy, GORUCK has consistently demonstrated its dedication to the Special Operations community through both its business practices and philanthropic efforts.
“GORUCK is honored to partner with The Station Foundation in supporting our Nation’s Special Operations Forces and their families. Together, we’re committed to building resilience, restoring balance, and strengthening connections in the SOF community. By combining GORUCK’s focus on grit and teamwork with The Station’s proven programs, we aim to honor sacrifice, ease transitions, and create lasting impact.” said Whitney Martin, Director of Growth
The Station Foundation will use this donation to continue its mission in delivering high-quality services and resources to SOF families. The Station’s approach to healing addresses the unique stressors these families face, including high operational tempos, frequent deployments, and the challenges of reintegration back into the home and community. This new partnership between GORUCK and The Station Foundation strengthens the organization’s ability to meet the SOF community where they are and guide them toward healing and a renewed sense of purpose.

The Station Foundation’s immersive Montana experiences and holistic modalities provide genuine healing to the U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF). Since 2012, The Station Foundation has positively impacted thousands of lives, offering hope to these quiet warriors and families. Despite fading from the news, the war for SOF persists, making our support crucial for this overextended group. The organization’s approach helps participants increase self-awareness, improve self-worth, and foster resilience so they can thrive in their next chapter of life.
GORUCK’s “1% For Those Who Serve” donates 1% of its annual top-line revenue to a range of non-profit partners that support those who serve, including members of the military, Veterans, First Responders (law enforcement, firefighters), teachers, social workers, and communities such as military spouses.
From 2015 to 2020, the company donated just under $1 million, equating to 0.99% of its top-line revenue, through this program. While GORUCK operates with the goal of business success, it places even greater importance on building a legacy rooted in doing good.
As an American business with Special Forces roots, GORUCK is proud to provide a formal commitment to the Special Operations community. This initiative is a symbol of GORUCK’s longstanding identity to support those who serve and reinforces their commitment to helping those who protect and strengthen American communities.
