Spouse Performance Program

Caring For The Caregiver
The Station’s Spouse Performance Program is an empowering program encouraging Special Operations Spouses to value themselves as a priority. Spouses learn how to balance service for others with care for self. Through a variety of mindfulness practices, spouses increase self-awareness, improve self-worth, and cultivate self-compassion.
Set in a remote location in Montana, The Station’s Spouse Performance Program offers participants the opportunity to find stillness and better understand the benefits of mindfulness. In order to reap the benefits of yoga on a mat, participants first learn how they interface with the world around them, reflect on how thoughts and emotions impact their performance, and experience a variety of mindfulness practices. Participants walkaway with the knowledge and resources to thrive in stressful situations.
